J Stud Alcohol Drugs. 2020 Sep. Abstract Objective Alcohol minimum unit pricing is a strategy capable of reducing alcohol-related harm from cheap alcoholic beverages. We used the International Model of Alcohol Harms and Policies InterMAHP, an open-access alcohol harms estimator and policy scenario modeler, to estimate the potential health benefits of introducing minimum unit pricing in Québec, Canada. Method Aggregated mortality and hospitalization data were obtained from official administrative sources. Alcohol sales and pricing data were obtained from the partial government retail monopoly and Nielsen. Exposure data were from the Canadian Substance Use Exposure Database. Average price changes under two minimum-unit-pricing scenarios were estimated by applying a product-level pricing analysis. The online InterMAHP tool was used to automate the estimation of observed alcohol-attributable harm and what was projected in each policy scenario. Results Alcohol was estimated to cause 2,850 deaths and 24,694 hospitalizations in Québec in 2014. Introducing minimum unit pricing of CAD$ was estimated to reduce consumption by alcohol-attributable deaths by 95% CI [ and alcohol-attributable hospital stays by 95% CI [ Higher minimum unit pricing of CAD$ was estimated to reduce alcohol-attributable deaths by 95% CI [ and alcohol-attributable hospital stays by 95% CI [ Conclusions The results of this policy modeling study suggest that the introduction of minimum unit pricing between CAD$ and $ would substantially reduce the alcohol-caused burden of disease in Québec. The quantification of alcohol-caused death and disability, and the changes in these measures under two scenarios, was significantly automated by the open-access resource, InterMAHP. SUNBEDS/POOL Are you open every day? We are open every day during Summer unless there’s a function or private event. What are your opening hours? The pool is open from 1000 to 1900 and then we are open for dinner afterwards till late. Are you open in Winter? Cafe del Mar is closed during Winter. We’re open around from April until October. La Nave Bistro, our Restaurant next to the Aquarium is open all year round. Do you have half days? We do not have half day rates. Same rates and prices apply until 7 pm. How long do we have the sunbeds for? Sunbeds are available from 10 am until 7 pm. You can stay a bit longer on the sunbeds, if we do not have any events in the evening. After 7 pm, some sunbeds are removed to set up for the Restaurant. What does the price include? The price of each includes a sunbed, umbrella, use of the pool, use of indoor/ outdoor showers. Food or drinks are not included in the prices. Is there an additional entrance fee, apart from the sunbeds? We do not have an entrance fee; you just have to pay for the sunbeds. The VIP area is an elevated area overlooking the crowd, the pool area and the DJ area from upstairs. In this area we also have separate bars and separate toilets. Can we use the Pool without purchasing sunbeds? In order to enter the premises from 10 am until 7 pm, you have to purchase a sunbed or pay the entrance fee, if all sunbeds are taken. CaféDel Mar Entrance Fee: There's an entrance fee of 150,000 IDR (redeemable on food and drinks) and for daybeds there's a minimum spend of 2,000,000 IDR for a cabana up to 25,000,000 IDR for a master suite for 30 people.
