Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl in the order in which they're written. Stir, then beat the mixture until it's smooth. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan. Bake the brownies for about 25 minutes, or until they're just barely beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan. Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. Melt the caramel and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and stir in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and incorporated. In a mixing bowl combine cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, melted butter and flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the brownie batter, by whisking all the ingredients together ina large mixing bowl. Whisk until the mixture is nice and smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter layer ingredients. You can also do this in a stand mixer, if you prefer. Let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla until light yellow and frothy. Pour the cooled butter and cocoa mixture into the eggs and beat it again. Stir together the dry ingredients and slowly mix them in. Gently stir the chocolate chips or any other mix in you like into the batter. Bake at 350° for about 30-35 minutes (until the top springs back when lightly touched). Remove from the oven and let cool. It’s important—not waiting long enough is a major brownie mistake! When you’re ready to cut and serve, sprinkle confectioners’ sugar on top. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Wd10t.
